Tomorrow is the BIG day. All the kiddos and grandbabies will be arriving for a yummy lunch of snacky foods ! Spicy Meatballs, Bacon wrapped Little Smokies baked in brown sugar, a cheesy ham filled bisquit wreath, Fruit Bowl, and Queso - we can't forget the baby boys queso ! For dessert it's my first try at a pumpkin cheesecake - it smelled so good baking in the oven. Then we have to have cookie dough creme cheese dip with pretzels. It wouldn't be Christmas without it you know. We'll follow that up with pretzle turtles and pb cookies. Yummy ! We're not countin' calories tomorrow don't ya know !
We'll open presents and make a big mess. I can't wait to see how Little Man and Baby J enjoy opening their presents. I think I found some nice things for everyone this year even though we didn't have a lot to spend. The dollar stores were a wonderful source of gifts this year for the little ones. I found some nice things for the big kids too - but they've kind of outgrown the dollar store.
Most of all - this year we'll gather as Christians and celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus.
